The NPDCool Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to radiators sold by NPDCool, and installed as direct replacement in  cars, light trucks, vans and sport utility vehicles.

The following terms and conditions apply to the NPDCool Limited Lifetime Warranty:

• All radiators sold by NPDCool are warranted specifically against defects in materials and/or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed. Warranty will not be granted if any of the below conditions are found to exist –

Ø      Radiator failed from external corrosion

Ø      Radiator shows signs of previous repair, including but not limited to any and all chemical additives, or weld/sealant products

Ø      Threads are stripped

Ø      Improper coolant, coolant mixture, or failure to service coolant

Ø      Damage resulting from improper handling, treatment, accident, or external force of any kind including collision and loose or foreign components in engine compartment

Ø      Damage caused by improper installation or non-compatible use

Ø      Operator negligence

Ø      Blown tank due to faulty engine conditions, faulty cap, or improper cap

• The Warranty does not apply to radiators installed in commercial/fleet, government, off-road, racing , or farm vehicles.
• The Warranty is subordinate and secondary to any manufacturer warranty. For manufacturer warranty information, click here.
• All radiators must be inspected THROROUGHLY for damage or defect prior to installation.
• Damage as a direct result of shipping/transit falls outside of the scope of this Warranty, and is the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and immediately contact the carrier. Do not return such items to NPDCool. We will, however, be happy to assist you in filing your claim with the carrier, and quickly arranging for a prompt replacement. The Warranty is non-transferable.
• The Warranty explicitly excludes labor of any kind, materials not furnished by NPDCool, or any charges for such labor and materials.
• NPDCool shall not be liable for any consequential or related  damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of its products. NPDCool explicitly excludes reimbursement of original purchase price, loss of time or inconvenience, damage or loss to any part of vehicle, damage or loss to whole of vehicle, towing or storage charges, rental or fee for replacement vehicle, towing, hotels, lost wages, and any other special, incidental, consequential or punitive damage(s).
• The purchaser’s remedy is limited to the replacement of any part upon return and examination by NPDCool, that is determined by NPDCool to be defective in material or workmanship. The purchaser’s remedy does not include any labor, removal, reinstallation, or replacement performed.
• In the event a returned radiator qualifies as “defective” under the dictates of this Warranty, purchaser will be reimbursed fully for return-shipping expenses (only if such charges are incurred by the purchaser), and purchaser will not be charged a fee for shipment of any part or parts provided by NPDCool as remedy under this Warranty. In the event a returned radiator does not qualify for remedy under this Warranty, NPDCool is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred. NPDCool will only be responsible for “ground-rate” shipping charges. Any charges for “air” shipments, as in Next or 2^nd day air, are the sole burden and decision of the purchaser
• Any action or decision made at NPDCool’s sole discretion to overlook any part or term of the Warranty, will not in any way alter the strict terms set forth in this Warranty ongoing for all prior, current and future customers. No actions taken by NPDCool may be construed to alter or modify the precedents set by this Warranty
• Items returned for reasons other than defect or mistake on the part of NPDCool, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. NPDCool reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of shipping expenses for items returned that do not qualify as a defect as defined above, or are not returned as a result of NPDCool error.
• By placing an order with Auto Craft Investments, Inc. (d/b/a NPDCool) customer agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding venue for any dispute arising out of this transaction:

Ø      Unless otherwise prohibited by law, venue is limited to Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ø      All disputes will be settled by application of the laws of North Carolina.
